1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the business operating under the name BunnyBand ("BunnyBand," "we," "us," or "our") governing bunnyband.com and related games, surveys, tasks, referral, reward, and withdrawal features (the "Service"). By creating an account, selecting the registration acceptance box, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, at least the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. You may use the Service only where lawful. The Service may not be available in every country, and an available interface or currency does not represent legal availability. You are responsible for complying with local law and any tax, reporting, or other obligations related to rewards.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate, current information; protect your credentials; and promptly update information that changes. Unless we expressly permit otherwise, one person may control only one account and may not share, transfer, buy, or sell an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require identity, age, location, task-completion, payment-account, or anti-fraud verification before allowing participation or evaluating a withdrawal.

4. Games, surveys, tasks, and third parties

Opportunities may be supplied by BunnyBand or third parties and may change, expire, be withdrawn, or be unavailable without notice. Eligibility can depend on country, profile, device, inventory, prior participation, partner rules, and other factors. Starting or completing an activity does not automatically earn a reward. You must follow all displayed instructions and partner terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party content, screening decisions, availability, products, services, or acts.

5. Rewards are conditional and provisional

• Reward amounts, welcome bonuses, referral credits, thresholds, and program rules may change or end to the extent permitted by law.
• A displayed balance is an internal, conditional accounting entry. It is not cash, a deposit, stored value, property held in trust, or a debt payable on demand.
• A reward becomes potentially eligible only after all stated conditions are satisfied and BunnyBand and its partners validate the activity.
• Pending, reversed, duplicated, mistakenly credited, manipulated, unverified, or partner-rejected amounts may be delayed, corrected, withheld, or removed.
• Unless expressly stated, credits have no transfer value, cannot be sold, and cannot be combined across accounts.
• Earnings examples, estimates, counters, testimonials, and past outcomes do not guarantee that you will earn or receive any amount. Individual results vary.

6. Withdrawals; no payment date or guarantee

Reaching a displayed withdrawal threshold only allows you to submit a request; it does not create an unconditional right to payment. We may review the account, activity, referrals, identity, location, payment details, compliance, partner validation, and available program funds before deciding a request.

There is no fixed, promised, or defined payment date or processing time. A status such as "eligible," "pending," "processing," or similar does not mean a payment has been approved or sent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may delay, deny, cancel, reverse, or place conditions on a withdrawal for verification, suspected fraud or abuse, rule violations, inaccurate information, partner rejection or nonpayment, payment-provider restrictions, technical problems, legal or regulatory requirements, program changes, insufficient program funds, or other legitimate operational reasons.

No reward or payment is absolutely guaranteed. If we approve payment, the amount, method, fees, exchange rate, limits, and timing may depend on the payment provider and your location. You are responsible for accurate payment details, provider charges, and taxes. Nothing in these Terms permits BunnyBand to retain funds or deny a payment where applicable law prohibits it.

7. Referrals

Referral rewards require a genuine new user who independently meets all stated conditions. You may not refer yourself, create or control referred accounts, mislead people about likely earnings, send spam, use paid or automated traffic without permission, or make claims inconsistent with our current materials. Referral relationships and credits may be rejected or reversed for duplicates, fraud, chargebacks, ineligible activity, or rule violations.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs or location masking to evade eligibility rules, automation, click farms, or false identities;
• create duplicate accounts, falsify responses or completion, manipulate referrals, or exploit errors;
• interfere with security, reverse engineer the Service where prohibited, scrape it, introduce malicious code, or overload its systems;
• infringe rights, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, harass others, or use the Service for illegal activity;
• sell access, rewards, accounts, or personal information obtained through the Service; or
• attempt, assist, or encourage any prohibited conduct.

9. Enforcement, suspension, and termination

We may investigate activity and, to the extent permitted by law, limit features, hold rewards, suspend, or terminate an account for suspected or actual breach, fraud, security risk, legal exposure, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the Service. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with partners or authorities. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and accrued obligations.

10. Ownership and feedback

BunnyBand and its licensors own the Service, software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, except user or third-party content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Service. If you provide suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, opportunities, rewards program, methods, limits, or features. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability. We may correct display, calculation, currency, or crediting errors even after they appear in an account. Material changes affecting accrued rights will be handled as required by law.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." BunnyBand disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant any earning opportunity, result, eligibility, reward, payment, payment date, third-party action, or freedom from harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BunnyBand and its owners, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, substitute services, or reliance on an expected reward or payment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount BunnyBand actually paid you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BunnyBand and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use, your breach of these Terms, your referral or promotional statements, or your violation of another person's rights. This does not require you to indemnify a party for its own unlawful conduct where prohibited by law.

15. Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a claim, you and BunnyBand agree to send a written description of the dispute and requested relief and attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Send notices to legal@bunnyband.com. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BunnyBand and your use of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. A claim may be brought only in a court that has lawful personal and subject-matter jurisdiction over the parties and dispute. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service.

17. General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service, except for specific terms displayed for an opportunity. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service. Headings are for convenience only. Electronic notices and records satisfy written requirements to the extent permitted by law.
