1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how the business operating under the name BunnyBand ("BunnyBand," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit bunnyband.com, create an account, complete games, surveys, or other tasks, use referral features, request a reward, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where the law requires consent for a particular use of information, we will request it separately; this Policy itself is a notice and is not a substitute for legally required consent.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: first and last name, email address, account identifier, password in hashed form, country, currency, and account status.
- Activity and reward information: surveys, games and tasks presented or completed; referral codes and relationships; bonus and reward entries; balances; withdrawal requests; eligibility, fraud-review, and transaction status.
- Payment information: selected payment method, bank or provider name, account-holder name, account number or wallet identifier, and payment and withdrawal records. Do not submit payment information unless requested through the Service.
- Device and network information: IP address, approximate country derived from an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, pages viewed, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic logs.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us, report a problem, or make a privacy request.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from users who refer you, and from service providers involved in analytics, hosting, security, tasks, surveys, games, or payments.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
- provide surveys, games, tasks, referrals, rewards, and withdrawal features;
- verify eligibility and task completion; prevent duplicate accounts, bots, fraud, abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct;
- process or evaluate withdrawal requests and maintain financial and audit records;
- personalize language, country, and currency settings;
- operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Service;
- communicate service, security, policy, and support messages;
- enforce our Terms of Use and protect users, BunnyBand, and others; and
- comply with law, lawful requests, tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for sessions, security, signup-abuse limits, referrals, language, country, and currency preferences. These cookies are needed to provide requested features and may remain on your device for the period stated in your browser's cookie controls.
We also use Google Analytics to understand visits and use of the Service. Google may receive online identifiers, device and browser information, IP-based location information, and activity such as pages viewed. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy practices. Browser settings and available Google controls can limit analytics cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and honor legally required signals.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Vendors and processors that provide hosting, databases, analytics, localization, security, customer support, communications, task or survey delivery, fraud prevention, and payment services under appropriate restrictions.
- Task, survey, and game partners when needed to present an opportunity, verify completion, prevent fraud, or calculate a reward. A partner's own notice may also apply when you interact with its content.
- Payment providers and financial institutions to validate payment details, evaluate or process a withdrawal, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- Authorities and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, investigate misconduct, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, insolvency, or transfer of some or all of our business, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use user data for an undisclosed purpose. We may use or disclose information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably identify you, and we will not attempt to re-identify it except to test our de-identification methods or as permitted by law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the type of information and may continue while your account is active and afterward as needed for payment and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, backups, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to technical backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, password hashing, access controls, and abuse controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request or complain to a data-protection authority. You may update certain profile and payment information in your account. To exercise a privacy right, email privacy@bunnyband.comwith the subject "Privacy Request." We may verify your identity and authority before acting, and may retain information or decline a request where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. International use
The Service and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use lawful safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and you may not use it if you are under 18 or below the age of legal majority where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Third-party services
The Service may link to surveys, games, apps, payment services, or websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Read those notices before providing information to them. This Policy does not cover an independent third party's practices.
12. Changes and contact
